Mrs. Lisa Ann Dixon Gainey, age 55, entered into rest on Saturday, August 29, 2020. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Jerry Gainey and Rev. Kathy Boone with burial to follow in the Green Hill Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, August 31, 2020 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gainey was born May 18, 1965 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of Robert Dixon and Ann Gainey Dixon. She was a graduate of Cheraw High School, Class of 1983, and was the Human Resource Manager for Chesterfield County. Lisa was a faithful member of Green Hill Church of God of Prophecy. She was an avid reader, and also enjoyed shopping and traveling to the beach with her family. Her most enjoyable times of all were spent with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Maxie Gainey of the home; son, William Lee (Heather) Gainey; daughter, Taylor Gainey both of Patrick, SC; mother, Ann Dixon of Patrick, SC; father, Robert Dixon of Bethune, SC; grandchildren, Kaydence Gainey, and MaryArlisa Johnson; brother, Robbie (Cindy) Dixon of Cheraw, SC; sister, Nancy (Kenny) Freeman of Hartsville, SC; nieces, Jessica (Daniel) Smith, Brittany Freeman, and Taylor Nicole Jacobs; nephews, Marcus (Nicole) Dixon, and Tray Dixon; 3 great nieces; and 1 great nephew.
