INTERMENT: in Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens

VISITATION: 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mrs. Cook was born in Chesterfield County a daughter of the late Walter and Annie Ratliff Adams. She was a retired Medical Technician. Letha was married to the late Robert E. Cook and was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Cook, a daughter, Judy Nosser Williams, 2 brothers, Rev. Bill Adams and Ray Adams, and by a sister Carolyn Lukatch.

4 Sisters: Katherine Bowers of Wadesboro, NC, Kay (Weslie) Pratt of Hartsville, SC, Faye Sellers of Maiden, NC, and Jill Quick Thomas of Marietta, GA

2 Sisters-in-law: Linda Adams of Maiden, NC and Peggy Adams of Chesterfield, SC

1 Brother-in-law: Kenny Lukatch of Warren, MI
