HISTORY: Mr. Burgess was born August 7, 1959 in Margate, FL a son of the late Howard Charles and Frances Lyttle Burgess. He was a graduate of Oviedo High School, Oviedo, FL Class of 1977. Mr. Burgess was a retired electrician and a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Larry enjoyed fishing, being outdoors with his dogs, and spending time with his great nieces and nephews.
