Kevin Wayne Brown

Mr. Kevin Wayne Brown, age 53, entered into rest on Thursday, May 23, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Pine Grove Baptist Church by Pastor Mark Phillips and Jerry Gainey. The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, prior to the service in the sanctuary of the church.

Mr. Brown was born July 18, 1970 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Tony Wayne and Bonnie Adams Brown. Kevin was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, riding four-wheelers, and fishing with his sons. Mr. Brown was a talented mechanic and he spent much of his time tinkering on small engines. Kevin’s favorite activity was spending time with his beloved granddaughter, Marissa.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by his sons, Jake Brown of Little River, SC. Kaleb Brown of Chesterfield, SC; granddaughter, Marissa Brown of Chesterfield, SC; sister, Gina (Tony) Wilkerson of Chesterfield, SC; niece, Reagan Wilkerson of Chesterfield, SC; nephew, Trevor (Taylor) Wilkerson of Chesterfield, SC; great-nephew, Gunner Wilkerson of Chesterfield, SC; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
