Chesterfield, SC – Mr. Keith Nolan Price, age 76, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025, at his home. A Celebration of Life service, accompanied by military honors, will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, officiated by Reverend Jamie Gulledge. Mr. Price will be interred at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.


Mr. Price was born on August 11, 1948, in Monroe, NC, to the late Lee Houston Price and Annie Lou Griggs Price Sneed. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, where he was awarded the Purple Heart Medal, among other commendations including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with bronze star, Presidential Unit Citation, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a proud member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the National Association of the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, as a Navy Corpsman.


For over 25 years, Mr. Price owned and operated Keith Price Drywall. His commitment to youth in sports was evident through his many years coaching baseball with Pageland Dixie Youth. Mr. Price was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Pageland, where he served as a former R.A. Leader, and he also enjoyed attending Brock’s Mill Baptist Church. Additionally, he was also a member of the Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge #58. His hobbies included golfing, boating, traveling, and dancing.


In addition to his parents, Mr. Price was preceded in death by his sisters, Johnnie Mangum and Sue Hoffman.


He is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Michael) Blackwell of Pageland, SC; sons, Nolan Wilson (Jordan) Price of Williamston, SC, and Preston Lee Price of Pageland, SC, along with their mother, Sondra Price of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Cayde and Colton Price; brother, Jimmy (Diane) Price of Pageland, SC; step-brother, Michael (Robbie) Sneed of Monroe, NC; and his special friend and caregiver, Joan Smith of Chesterfield, SC, whom he affectionately referred to as “Joni” his special lady. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.


The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Sabrina, Danielle, Anna, and the entire Gentiva Hospice team for their exceptional care and support during this difficult time. They thank the Lord for them! ~ Ephesians 1:16.
