HISTORY: Mrs. Burr was born February 14, 1926, in Chesterfield, SC, a daughter of the late Levander and Dolly Tucker Oliver. She was a graduate of Ruby High School and a retired employee of Chesterfield Webbing. Mrs. Burr was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and attended Douglas Mill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Katie was also preceded in death by her first husband, Sandy Linton, a son, Wilson Lee Linton, a grandson, Richard Sellers, 2 brothers, David and Archie Oliver, and by 4 sisters, Sarah Brock, Gwennie Buckles, Nezzie Tucker, and Cora Joplin.

Husband: Lloyd Clinton Burr of the home.
2 Sons: Tommy (Sherri) Linton of Chesterfield, SC and Mickey (Frances) Linton of Pageland, SC
1 Daughter: Sandra Gainey of Chesterfield, SC
2 Stepsons: Wilson Burr and Lloyd Burr both of Chesterfield, SC
1 Brother: Knowlton Oliver of Chesterfield, SC
5 Grandchildren: Dennis Sellers, Sandy Sellers, Mitch Linton, Thomas Linton and Jarred Linton.
2 Great Grandchildren: Tamra Sellers and Madison Linton
