Ms. Julia Honeycutt Adams, age 75, entered into rest on Friday evening, December 10, 2021 with her family by her side. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from the chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Chesterfield Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, our staff is committed to taking care of our guests and families that we serve. We also ask all guests and family members attending visitations and services to please continue social distancing and face coverings are strongly encouraged.

Ms. Adams was born June 25, 1946 in Wadesboro, NC a daughter of the late Howard and Eula Mae “Bunny” Stephens Honeycutt. During the formative years of her children, Julia was a devoted homemaker who loved her family deeply and made sure her children were always taken care of. In later years, she worked as a store clerk for Stroud & Save convenience store. It was there that Julia became a friend to many, and ALWAYS had time to socialize. She had a deep faith in God and read God’s word daily.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Adams was also preceded in death by a brother, Reggie Honeycutt; sister, Wilma Howell; and brother-in-law, Bobby Howell.

Survivors include her children, Janie (David) Demby of Lancaster, SC, Connie Dean of Chesterfield, SC, Tracy (Jeff) Spencer of Cheraw, SC, and Shannon (Ray) Barbour of Chesterfield, SC; grandchildren, Nic (Lori) Campbell, Brianna Dean, Cody (Monika) Spencer, Kayla (Rodney) Tyndall, Kaine Simpson, D.J. Demby, and Kaila Long; great grandchildren, Coen Davis, and Brenleigh Simpson; siblings, Mary (Frank) Corcoran, Gene Honeycutt, Eula Dew, and Thelma (David) Parrotto; close friends and sisters of the heart, Pat Honeycutt, and Ruby Hayes; close friend, Billy McKnight; and numerous nieces and nephews.
