HISTORY: Ms. Williams was born in Wadesboro, NC, a daughter of Letha Adams Cook. She was a graduate of Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing, and was a Registered Nurse. Judy was a former nurse with Marlboro Park Hospital and the Visiting Nurses. She was preceded in death by 2 Brothers, Edward and Jerry Cook.

3 Daughters: Leila Crawford of New Mexico, Lara Golden of Cheraw, SC and Nina Russell and her husband Dr. Bradley Russell of Florence, SC

Brother: James Cook of Patrick, SC

3 Sisters: Sue Johnson of Chesterfield, SC, Betty Outlaw of Stephens City, VA, and Lisa Corbett of Myrtle Beach, SC
