HISTORY: Mrs. Collins was born September 9, 1959 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of Randolph and Sarah Bell Jordan McIntyre. She was the granddaughter of the late Perry and Lula Mae McIntyre who raised her. Mrs. Collins was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a caregiver for the elderly. Judy was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Collins; a daughter, Lee Ann James; and a sister, Bessie Burr.
