HISTORY: Mr. Rollins was born January 28, 1985 in Cheraw, SC a son of George and Lois Rollins. He was a 2004 graduate of Cheraw High School and was an employee of Constar Industries. Mr. Rollins was a member of Southern Grace Full Gospel Church. Joe enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his friends, especially four-wheelin', mud bogging, and playing golf. He was an avid Clemson fan. Joe was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, J.B. Rollins.
