MEMORIAL SERVICE: 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel
VISITATION: 6:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2014 prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
HISTORY: Mr. Parks was born February 22, 1982 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Johnny Herbert Parks and Frances Deloris "Sis" Lewis Parks. He was a logger and enjoyed NASCAR racing. In addition to his parents, Herbie was preceded in death by a son, Jason Hunter Parks.
