John "Blake" Rivers

Mr. John “Blake” Rivers, age 48, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, July 27, 2018, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, 318 E. Main Street, Chesterfield, SC.

Mr. Rivers was born January 3, 1970, in Florence, SC, a son of John L. “Johnny” Rivers, III and the late Francine Campbell Rivers. He was an employee of Auto Zone and enjoyed taking pictures and had a special place in his heart for animals. A man with a great personality, Blake will be remembered for his ability to make anyone laugh.

Survivors include his father, Johnny Rivers of Cheraw, SC; brothers, John Lewis Rivers, IV of Scottsdale, AZ, and John Randall (Elaine) Greene of Lake Norman, NC; sister, Wendy Rivers (Scott) Johnson of Cheraw, SC; grandmother, Lila Campbell of Columbia, SC; nieces and nephews, Holden Floyd, Bailey Floyd, and Ciera Grant; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
