FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Zoar United Methodist Church

INTERMENT: to follow in the Davis Plot in the Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mr. Davis was born May 12, 1964, in Chesterfield, SC, a son of Susanne McPherron Davis Green and the late William Robert "Bill" Davis. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1982, and an honor graduate in 1986 of Clemson University, where he received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. John was a former mechanical engineer with Takata Inc. and was owner and operator of Davis Equipment & Repair. He was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church. John was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed working on tractors and machinery. He also enjoyed History.
