Mr. Joel Mack “Joey” Pollard, age 45, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Funeral Services will be 2:30 PM Sunday, December 4, 2016 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Jimmy Owens with burial to follow in the Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends from 2:00 – 2:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Pollard was born July 18, 1971 in Cheraw, SC a son of Ronnie and Joyce Mims Pollard. He was a self-employed contractor and a member of Chesterfield Church of God. Joey was a talented musician and enjoyed playing the guitar. He was a proud father and was excitedly awaiting the arrival of his first grandbaby.

Survivors include his wife, Jamie Pollard; son, Joel Mack (Jennifer Smirba) Pollard, II of Charlotte, NC; daughter, Gabrielle (Jason Faulkner) Pollard of Monroe, NC; parents, Ronnie and Joyce Pollard of Cheraw, SC; step-son, Bristol Oden; 2 step-daughters, Taylor Oden and Morgan Oden; brother, Timothy (Cindy) Pollard of Chesterfield, SC.
