FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 17, 2009 at Almetta Baptist Church

INTERMENT: to follow in the church cemetery

VISITATION: will be 1:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service at the church.

HISTORY: Mr. Cook was born June 12, 1951 in Camden, SC a son of the late Eddie Lewis and Ethel Virginia Wilson Cook. He was a carpenter and attended Almetta Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by three brothers, Wayne, Toby, and Freddie Cook.

4 Sons: Michael (Christina) Cook, Robert R. (Meg) Mills, and Jimmy Lee Cook, Jr. all of Jefferson, SC, and Jamie (Mandy) Cook of Chesterfield, SC
3 Daughters: Joanee Thompson of Lancaster, SC, Becky (David) Rivers, and Angie (David) Terry both of Jefferson, SC
1 Brother: Eddie Lewis (Mary Ann) Cook, Jr. of Kershaw, SC
3 Sisters: Brenda (Earl) Kersey, Nancy (Robert) Berry, and Margaret Boulware all of Camden, SC
Also 21 Grandchildren and l Great Grandchild
