HISTORY: Mrs. McLendon was born September 13, 1966, in Darlington, SC, the daughter of the late Marion Edward "Ed" Curry and Mittie Louise Farmer. She was a former waitress. In addition to her parents, Janet was also preceded in death by her husband, Michael E. McLendon, and by 2 brothers, Chris King and Al King.

SURVIVORS:
2 Sons: Sam Loflin of Cheraw, SC and Matthew McLendon of the home
3 Step Children: Michael S. McLendon , Carrie Rabon, and Myranda Hinson
2 Brothers: Michael (Stacey) King of Milton, FL. and Eddie (Yvonne) Curry of Chesterfield, SC
