James T. Morris

Mr. James T. Morris, age 70, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, December 22, 2019 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Michael Davis with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, McFarlan, NC. The family will greet friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Morris was born June 26, 1949 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Dewey and Doris Jones Morris. He was a former employee of INA Bearing and a retired employee of Robertson Factory. James was a faithful member of Chesterfield Church of God and always had a smile and joke to share.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Morris was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Morris; and brother-in-law, James Crowley.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years, Pat P. Morris of the home; sisters, Margaret (Terry) Sellers of Chesterfield, SC, and Brenda Crowley of Florence, SC; mother-in-law, Margaret Pegues of Cheraw, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
