HISTORY: Mr. Watson was born June 3, 1935, in Ruby, SC, a son of the late Ernest James and Lillie Mae Wallace Watson. He was a former employee of Burlington Industries and a retired employee of INA USA. James enjoyed sitting on his porch and watching the traffic.
