HISTORY: Mr. Hall was born March 22, 1951 in Hartsville, SC a son of Sally Douglas Hall Hopkins and the late Alfred Hall. He was a farmer. In addition to his father, James was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Darlene Hall, and 1 sister, Dorothy Mae Hall.
