HISTORY: Mr. Fincher was born March 3, 1939 in Corpus Christi, Texas, a son of the late Oran A. and Myra Jones Fincher. He was a retired social worker and former Chairman of the Chesterfield County Democratic Party. Jim was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Wife: Brenda Caulder Fincher of the home.
1 Son: Timothy A. Fincher of Massachusetts
4 Daughters: Mallory Fincher of the home, Ann Kelly of Cheraw, SC, Reverend Kathleen Wilder and Suzanne Brown both of Missouri
1 Sister: Jean Young and her husband, Reverend Dick Young of Cheraw, SC
Also 9 Grandchildren, including Robert and Rachel Kelly of Cheraw, SC
