HISTORY
Mr. McIntyre was born March 26, 1926 in Chesterfield, SC, a son of the late Will and Lizzie Grooms McIntyre. He was a retired pulpwood cutter. J.B. was married to the late Frances Hainey McIntyre, and was also preceded in death by a son, Edward R. McIntyre.

3 Sons: Buddy McIntyre and Bobby McIntyre of Cheraw, SC and James McIntyre of Marshville, NC

5 Daughters: Elizabeth Quick of Cheraw, SC, Louise Tucker of Lancaster, SC, Teresa McIntyre of Chesterfield, SC, Virginia McIntyre of Lamar, SC and Catherine Wallace of Patrick, SC

1 Brother: Willie McIntyre of Cheraw, SC
