HISTORY: Mr. Lampley was born April 11, 1936 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late William Vereen and Mattie Aline Teal Lampley. He was a retired welder and millwright worker and a U.S. Army Veteran. Mr. Lampley was a member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by a son, John William Lampley; a grandson, William T. Lee, III; a brother, John Thomas Lampley; and a sister, Peggy LeForte.

3 Grandchildren: Jennifer (Chris) Rich of Miami, Fl, Brad Gandy of Cheraw, SC, and Alicia (Kyle) Coddington of Bennettsville, SC
2 Great Grandchildren: Destiny Hodge and Nicole Coddington
