Huitt "Gary" Chisholm

Patrick, SC

 Mr. Huitt G. “Gary” Chisholm, age 59, entered into rest on Friday morning, February 14, 2025 with his family by his side. The family will receive friends between 3:00 – 5:00 PM Sunday, February 16, 2025 at their home. A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date. 

 Mr. Chisholm was born November 21, 1965 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late Huitt F. Chisholm and Diane Frances Simpson Chisholm. He was the owner and operator of Metal Works of Patrick. An avid outdoorsman, Gary enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and hunting in his earlier years. Above all, his greatest joy was being "Poppa" to his beloved grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Glorian Chisholm; their children Zachary (Bethany) Chisholm and Spencer Chisholm (Chase Kirkley), both of Patrick; grandchildren Scarlet Grace Chisholm and Myles Chisholm Kirkley; his “son of the heart,” Derek Lewallen of Patrick; his brother Johnny (Terri) Chisholm and sister Dana Chisholm, both of Patrick; as well as cherished family friends Larry and Susan Perdue, and numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.
