HISTORY: Mrs. Metteal was born September 4, 1923 in Roselawn, Indiana a daughter of the late Ernest William and Flora May Bailey Iliff. She was a retired employee of Cato Executive Offices. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Ernie, Jerry, Art, and Chuck Iliff; 1 Sister, Joyce Hess; and granddaughter, Diana Lynn Barger Campbell.

Husband: Jerome R. Metteal of the home
1 Son: Marvin T. Reynolds of Santa Maria, CA
5 Daughters: Beverly Mott of Cheraw, SC, Marilyn Kay Glidewell of Great Falls, SC, Joyce Helmeland of San Diego, CA, Carolyn Mace of Chesterfield, SC, and Barbara Ann Barger of Ruby, SC
1 Sister: Saundra Allen of Lancaster, SC
