Harley (Scooter) David Andrew Jones

Pageland, SC – Mr. Harley David Andrew Jones, fondly referred to as "Scooter," passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Hope Family Worship, officiated by Pastor Trey Thompson. The family will greet friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Jones was born on January 4, 1997, to David Jones and the late Carolyn Honeycutt Jones. He was known for his warm heart and a smile that brought joy to those around him. An adventurous spirit and always on the go, Scooter loved riding his 4-wheeler and had a gift for making friends wherever he went. His love and personality are what the world truly needs more of. He was truly a gift from God.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his grandmothers, Shirley Black and Hazel Honeycutt.

Mr. Jones is survived by his father, David (Maw-Maw K) Jones of Pageland, SC; his brothers, Christopher (Kasey) Parker of Kershaw, SC, and Christopher (Ashlyn) Coley of Monroe, NC; his sisters, Dala Hall of Pageland, SC, and Krystal (Matthew) Neely of Lancaster, SC; step grandmother, Diane Griffin of Monroe, NC; aunt, Renee Simpson of Lancaster, SC; uncles, David L. (Elaine) Honeycutt of Lancaster, SC, and Bobby (Brenda) Jones of Marion, AK; as well as several nieces and nephews, including Blake and Alex Parker, Derick (Alexis) Jones, Jared Hall, and Chasity Hall. He is also survived by his great-nephew, Maverick Cade Jones, along with many beloved cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of one’s choice.
