HISTORY: Mrs. Spell was born October 15, 1925, in Aiken County, SC, a daughter of the late Earl and Bessie Cook Clark. She was a High School graduate and was a former employee of the Cheraw Manor, with 12 years of service. Mrs. Spell was a member of the Windsor Park Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Gwen, was preceded in death by a son, Greg Spell, a daughter, Faye Spell, a brother, Earl Clark, Jr., and by a sister, Mildred Louise Rawls.

2 Sons: Harry (Della) Spell of Fate, TX and Billy Spell of Cheraw, SC 4 Daughters: Debbie (D.J.) Sellers of Chesterfield, SC, Linda (Roger) Marshall of Hillsville, VA., Cookie (Tony) Davis and Jerry Spell both of Cheraw, SC
1 Sister: Betty Clark of Monetta, SC
