HISTORY: Ms. Rivers was born March 13, 1969 in Pageland, SC a daughter of Linda Jenkins Owens and James Driggers. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was an Emergency Medical Technician with Sandhill Ambulance Service. Gale was a member of the Cheraw Rescue Squad, and a former member of Chesterfield Rescue Squad. She was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. Gale enjoyed dancing, fishing, making pocket books, and drinking Pepsi. She was an avid Gamecock fan. Gale was a "People Person" who spent her life serving and helping others.
