History: Mr. Moore was born October 5, 1947 in Chesterfield, SC, a son of the late William Fred and Hattie "Pat" Chavis Moore. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1965, and also the University of South Carolina, where he received a degree in Business Administration. Freddie was a former employee of the Chesterfield County DSS. Mr. Moore was a member and deacon of Hopewell Baptist Church. Freddie enjoyed reading, politics, talking with his friends on the phone, and being in church as long as he was able.
