Frankie Mae Donahue Clark

Mrs. Frankie Mae Donahue Clark, age 67, entered into rest on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Graveside Services will 2:00 PM Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Wayne Burr. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Clark was born March 29, 1953 in Monroe, NC a daughter of Franklin and Geneva Hancock Donahue. She was a longtime waitress who loved animals and traveling to the mountains. Frankie also enjoyed watching soap operas and cooking for her family.

In addition to her parents, Frankie was also preceded in death by her son, Mark Allen Purvis; brother, Jerry Donahue; and sisters, Nellie Leviner, Beatrice Beam, and Margarette Barrett.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Billy J. Clark, of the home; children, Lisa Walters (Jack), Clifton Owens, Chris (Leslie) Purvis, Brian Covington, Calista (Dean) Quick, Brandi Covington, Courtney Covington, and Jerry Clark; 17 grandchildren, 8 Great-grandchildren and  numerous nieces and nephews.
