INTERMENT: will follow in the Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: is 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Friday, March 1, 2013 at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Gardner was born February 16, 1942 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Lawrence Nelson and Sarah Frances Hunter Gardner. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1960, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. Frankie was a farmer, and was owner of Lydia Insurance Company and Gardner Farms Trucking Company. He enjoyed his Belgium horses, fishing, and talking with people. Frankie was a true people person and never met a stranger. In addition to his parents, Frankie was also preceded in death by two brothers; Coyt and William Gardner, and by two sisters; Lillian Rayfield and Jean Davis

4 Grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Kendall Fox, and Olivia and Jackson Cervi
1 Sister: Alice G. (Wes) Spindler of Matthews, NC
Brother-in-law: Dicky Davis of Chesterfield, SC
Sister-in-law: Kay Gardner of Chesterfield, SC
Special Niece: Andi Elizabeth Rhykerd of Matthews, NC
Special Friend: Candy O'Neal of Patrick, SC
Also his special dogs Mack and Dixie
