HISTORY: Ms. Oliver was born September 19, 1953 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late William Ross and Eula Bessie Jordan Sellers. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a brother, William Otis Sellers, and by a sister, Juanita Chappell.

1 Son: Billy Steven (Peggy) Oliver of Kershaw, SC
4 Brothers: Robert Sellers of Mt. Croghan, SC, James Garland Sellers of Great Falls, SC, Dairl Sellers of Wallace, SC, and John Wesley Sellers of Pageland, SC
2 Sisters: Elizabeth Long of Lancaster, SC, and Bernice Poston of Chesterfield, SC
