Frances White Roscoe

Mrs. Frances White Roscoe, age 80, entered into rest on Monday, September 8, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. In keeping with Mrs. Roscoe’s request no services will be planned.

A devoted homemaker, Frances was known for her unwavering support and willingness to lend a helping hand to her family and friends. Her smile and kindness made her a source of comfort and strength for many, earning her the affectionate title of “grandma” to countless children beyond her own. Frances was saved at the Cheraw Church of God.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roscoe was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Billy Edwin Roscoe, Sr. and her granddaughter, Lydia Roscoe.

Survivors include her sister, Sara Cheves; brothers, Billy White, Johnny White; sons, Billy Roscoe, Jr., Michael Roscoe; grandchildren, Tonya Lewis, Clayton Codle, Kala Roscoe, Aaron Roscoe; great-grandchildren, Reco Brunson, Calvin Flowers, Tre’vawn Flowers, London Ratliff, Macey Codle, Mary-Elizabeth Roscoe, Jo-Anna Roscoe, Noraa Roscoe, Bryson Stone, Braylen Stone, Beckum Stone and Benjamin Stone and Trip Adams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice, McLeod Health Foundation, PO Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502.
