HISTORY: Mrs. Ratliff was born September 1, 1912 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Jefferson Fred and Harriet Patrick Davis. She was a graduate of Zoar High School and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Etta was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Ratliff.

1 Son: Flint (Frances) Ratliff of Cheraw, SC
1 Grandson: Danny Ratliff of Cheraw, SC
