Chesterfield, SC

HISTORY: Mrs. Tolson was born November 13, 1927, in Patrick, SC a daughter of the late D. C. "Cal" and Nealie Huggins Stroud. She was a retired employee of Chesterfield Manufacturing. Essie was first married to the late Jim Lewis and then to the late James Tolson. She was also preceded in death by a son, James William "Dub" Lewis; four grandchildren; Tommy, Buster, and Harold Panky, and Johnny Lewis, two brothers; Thomas and Harrison Stroud, and by two sisters; Emma Dale Helms and Agnes Crawford.

1 Stepson: Junior (Michelle) Tolson of Patrick, SC

1 Brother: James Stroud of Patrick, SC
