FUNERAL SERVICE: 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 20, 2010 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, Chesterfield, SC
INTERMENT: to follow in the Mt. Croghan Memorial Park
VISITATION: 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 20, 2010 at the Funeral Home prior to the service.
HISTORY: Mr. Carroll was born December 12, 1921, in Birmingham, Alabama, a son of the late William Carroll and Pauline Sellers Choates. He was a retired employee of Burlington Industries and a U. S. Army Veteran of WWII. Emory was a faithful member of the Mt. Croghan Baptist Church and was a former Board member with the Good Samaritan Colony. He was a lifetime member of the Mt. Croghan - Ruby American Legion Post 134. He enjoyed playing his harmonica for his friends.

Wife of 63 years: Virginia Tucker Carroll of the home
