Elizabeth "Rose" Harvell

Pageland, SC

Mrs. Elizabeth Rose Harvell, age 57, entered into rest on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at her home. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, November 4, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Steven Sullivan and Mr. Jim Coker with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will greet friends from 1:30 – 3:00 PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Harvell was born September 26, 1961 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Frankie “Walt” and Lizzie Mae Short Hancock. She was an employee of Crown Cork & Seal and a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. A lady who loved life and lived it to the fullest, Rose enjoyed shopping, traveling to the beach, and had a special place in her heart for rabbits. To say Rose was an avid Gone with the Wind enthusiast is an understatement.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew Harvell of the home; children, Andrew (Heather) Harvell, Jr., and Teresa L. (Ricky) Poston both of Patrick, SC; grandchildren, Monica & Kaitlyn Donahue, and Riley & Harley Harvell; brother, Frankie Hancock, Jr. of Cheraw, SC; nephew, Walt Hancock, III.
