HISTORY: Mrs. Freeman was born January 11, 1954 in Monroe, NC, a daughter of the late Hazel "Sam" and Annie Mae Rollings Oliver. She was a former cook with Plainview School and the Huddle House, and attended Patrick Baptist Church. Elaine enjoyed going to church, cooking, gardening, baking, fishing, and taking pictures.
