FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 AM, Monday, February 16, 2015 at Center Grove Baptist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mrs. Mills was born March 18, 1937 in Mt. Croghan, SC a daughter of the late Frank and Lena Gibson Myers. She was a retired employee of Chesterfield Yarn Mill with 39 years of service. Effie was also a faithful member of Center Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Mills; a brother,Floyd Myers; and a sister, Rilla Mae Gibson.

1 Son: Timothy L. Mills of Pageland, SC
1 Grandson: Matthew Mills
