Edward "Ed" Arnold Teal

Mr. Edward “Ed” Arnold Teal, age 73, entered into rest on Friday, August 8, 2025. A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Westfield Creek Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by his brother, Richard Gerald Teal and Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mr. Teal was born March 27, 1952 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late James Wilson and Lillian Lee Teal. He was an auto mechanic that enjoyed working on classic cars. Ed enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and gardening.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Teal was also preceded in death by his brother, Ozzie Teal; and sister, Beverly Ann Gaskins.

Survivors include his son, Marshall Hendricks of Cheraw, SC; grandchildren, Roland Hendricks of Chesterfield, SC, and Violet Hendricks of Latta, SC; siblings, Elizabeth (Roger) Dean of Norwood, NC, Richard Gerald (Karen) Teal of Lilesville, NC, and Jim Bill (Janice) Teal, Jr. of GA; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
