Mr. Dozier Franklyn “Frankie” Wallace, Jr., age 70, formerly of Chesterfield, SC, entered into rest on Monday, September 23, 2019. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Zoar United Methodist Church by Pastor Billy Jack Johnson and Rev. Charles E. Teal with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Wallace was born December 28, 1948 in Wadesboro, NC a son of the late Dozier Franklyn and Foye Sellers Wallace. He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran serving in the Air National Guard and was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church. Frankie was employed with Kenan Transport as a truck driver with over 40 years of experience. An avid car enthusiast, Mr. Wallace enjoyed sports car racing, vintage car restoration, and any type car that would run fast! He also enjoyed flying and held a pilot’s license for many years.

Survivors include his daughter, Jackie Kiser of Enterprise, AL; granddaughters, Cathy Jacobs of Enterprise, AL, and Cristina Deputy of Indianapolis, IN; great grandchildren, Dallas Deputy, Payton Deputy, and Olivia Deputy; sister, Sandra Wallace Hall and husband, Keith; special friend, Rachel Brooks; niece, Erin (John) Fann all of Chesterfield, SC; nephew, Wes (Jill) Hall of Cary, NC; great nephew, Grady Hall; great niece, Berkeley Fann; brothers of the heart, Bruce Von Fange and Eric Scheper; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Regency SouthernCare Hospice for the excellent care shown to Mr. Wallace and his family.
