VISITATION: is anytime at the residence, 706 N. Wilson Drive, Cheraw, SC
HISTORY: Mr. Kimrey was born January 31, 1930 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late Brack Monroe and Ruth Allen Kimrey. He was a retired employee of ARA Food Services with 25 years of service. Mr. Kimrey was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and a former member of the SC National Guard. He was a member of North Cheraw Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Douglas was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Mike White and by a brother, Brack M. Kimrey, Jr.

Wife of 58 years: Vera Goodwin Kimrey of the home
Son: Douglas H. "Chuck" Kimrey, Jr. and wife Joyce of Lexington, SC
Daughter: Sheila White of Winston Salem, NC
2 Brothers: Roger W. (Bobbie) Kimrey and Ernest Kimrey
2 Sisters: Vera (W.C.) Davis and Barbara Graham
Also 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren
