INTERMENT: will follow in the Twin Pines Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery
VISITATION: is 1:00 - 2:00 PM, Monday, prior to the service at the Funeral Home
HISTORY: Mrs. Strickland was born February 5, 1935 in Bristol, GA, a daughter of the late Henry A. and Alma Tellington Williamson. She was a homemaker and a foster parent for 28 years. Dot enjoyed her flowers, gospel music, and being a Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. In addition to her parents, Dot was also preceded in death by her 3 brothers, Carlee, Burnice, and Thomas Williamson and by her sister, Geraldine Barrett.
SURVIVORS:
Husband of 48 years: Ivy Eugene "Gene" Strickland of the home
3 Sons: Paul (Sue) Huchingson of Jefferson, SC; Michael Eugene (Kim) Strickland of Pageland, SC; and Bryan Ivy Strickland of the home
1 Daughter: Janice Marie (Jerry) Brock of Pageland, SC
Also 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren
