DECEASED: Mrs. Dorothy Sellers "Dot" Gaskins, age 83, died Thursday, November 22, 2007, at her home.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

INTERMENT: to follow in the Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, November 23, 2007 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mrs. Gaskins was born November 6, 1924, in Chesterfield, SC, a daughter of the late Lucas Sellers and Beulah Brock Parker. She was a cosmetologist and was owner and operator of Dot's Beauty Shop for over 50 years. Dot was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She was married to the late Fred E. Gaskins and was also preceded in death by a son Tony A. Merriman.

3 Sons: Ronnie L. (Debbie) Merriman of Cheraw, SC, Freddie E. (Helen) Gaskins of North, SC, and Bennie B. Gaskins of Chesterfield, SC

1 Daughter: Barbara Ann (Bob) Wilks of Chesterfield, SC

6 Grandchildren: Wendy M. (Doug) Boan, Lee (Jenn) Merriman, Matthew Gaskins, Melissa Gaskins, Boykin Gaskins, and Lindsey Gaskins.

2 Great Grandchildren: Jamie and Amber Boan
