Mrs. Dorothy "Dottie" Ann Burroughs Pusser, age 83, formerly of Chesterfield, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on the morning of April 12, 2026, at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina. She was the devoted wife of the late Charles Rouse Pusser, Jr. Funeral arrangements are currently being finalized and will be announced by Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
