HISTORY: Ms. Linton was born February 13, 1956 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of Charles Linsie Linton and the late Elzy Rae Melton Linton. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1974 and was a homemaker. Ms. Linton was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Debbie was preceded in death by her brother Johnny Ray Linton.
