FUNERAL SERVICE: 3:00 PM, Friday, November 13, 2009 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: will follow in the White Oak Presbyterian Church Cemetery

VISITATION: will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Ratliff was born July 22, 1945 in Ruby, SC a son of the late Duncan L. and Lucille Gulledge Ratliff. He was a retired construction worker and millwright. Mr. Ratliff was a member of Clanton Plains Baptist Church. Dean was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all. In addition to his parents, Dean was preceded in death by a son Chris Ratliff.

1 Brother: Billy G. (Vickie) Ratliff of Ruby, SC
4 Sisters: Joyce Mills, Iris Deese, and Nell (Ronnie) Wilkerson of Ruby, SC, and Jan Parker of Chesterfield, SC
