Mr. Daniel Edward Simpson, age 35, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at his home with his wife and family by his side. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Sunday, August 13, 2023 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Reverend Jackie Bailey with the eulogy being delivered by Ethan Foard. The burial will follow in the McCaskill Family Cemetery. The family will greet friends during an informal visitation and gathering between 2:30 – 3:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Simpson was born February 11, 1988 in Lancaster, SC a son of Dennis and Addie Jordan Simpson. He was a 2006 graduate of Central High School and the owner and operator of Simpson’s Welding & Fabrication. An avid outdoorsman, Daniel enjoyed deer hunting, coon hunting, playing golf, and spending time at the lake. He was a member of Here We Go Kennels Hunting Club and enjoyed running his dogs in field trials qualifying. He was known for his love of 90’s country music and Clemson Tigers football. A loving son, devoted husband, and proud father, Daniel was a very vivid storyteller that could enhance the imagination with his son shooter.

Mr. Simpson was preceded in death by his grandparents; Billy and Elese Steen Jordan and George “Ed’ and Geraldine Clark Simpson.

Survivors include his wife of 7 years; Robin Faulkenberry Simpson of the home; 4-year-old son, Shooter Clark Simpson of the home; parents, Dennis and Addie Simpson of Jefferson, SC; siblings, Nicole Simpson, Elese (Ethan) Foard, Avie Simpson of all Jefferson, SC; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Micky and Darlene Faulkenberry of the Charlesboro Community; nieces, Jordynn Simpson and  Augusta Belle Foard; close friend & son of the heart, Kade Kearns; in addition to numerous extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC 29605
