HISTORY: Mrs. Smith was born August 26, 1963 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late James Webster and Betty Jo Brock Phillips. She was employed with CMC – Northeast as a dedicated RN, and was a member of Concord First Assembly. Cynthia was a loving mother, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
