HISTORY: Mrs. Stafford was born January 9, 1960 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late Rosia Nevel Linton and Margaret Aycock Linton Davis. She was a homemaker and member of Forest Pines Church. Cindy was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Alan Linton and by a sister, Brenda Faye Sims.
