HISTORY: Mr. Teal was born November 22, 1930 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Locke and Mary Etta Teal. He was a retired carpenter and construction worker, and a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. Charlie was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Teal and by a sister Sarah T. Ackerman

2 Brothers: Locke Junior Teal of Fort Mill, SC and Riley D. (Jeanette) Teal of Williston, SC

1 Sister: Peggy T. (Fred) Simmons of Fairfax, VA
